Official Rules
1. Sponsor. SoCal Jet Boats, Las Vegas, Nevada ("Sponsor"). Questions: orders@socaljetboats.com.
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins Monday, October 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter.
- With a purchase: Each order placed at store.socaljetboats.com during the Entry Period earns one (1) entry for every full $5.00 of the order subtotal, calculated after sale prices and discounts and excluding sales tax, shipping charges, and gift card purchases. Partial amounts are rounded down (for example, a $47.00 subtotal earns 9 entries). Entries from multiple orders by the same customer email are combined. Orders that are cancelled or fully refunded earn no entries; partially refunded orders are calculated on the remaining subtotal. Orders placed through Amazon, TikTok, or at in-person events are not eligible.
- Free entry (no purchase necessary): Complete the free entry form on this page during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address. Free entries have the same value and chance of winning as purchase entries. Submitting the free entry form adds you to the SoCal Jet Boats email list; you may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (2) AO Coolers Expedition Checkered 24 Can Cooler. One in black checkers and one in pink checkers with the SoCal Jet Boats logo embroidered on the pocket. Approximate retail value: $280. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize will be shipped to the winner's address within the United States at no cost to the winner. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Drawing and Odds. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Monday, November 2, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. General. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes was submitted fraudulently or in violation of these rules, including multiple free entries from the same person. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial publicly, except where prohibited by law. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Amazon.
9. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
